Cashpoints will be processed (issued) when the vehicle hire is concluded (returned) and has been paid in full. Only applies to new bookings starting from 13 October 2025.
Cashpoints will be awarded only on the following charges: Daily hire rate, Insurance purchased, Premium location fees / Airport fees, Mileage, Extra items purchased or hired, One-way intercity fees.
Cashpoints will NOT be granted for bonds or for any expenses arising from customer fault or misuse, including but not limited to: Insurance excess, Repair costs, Smoking fees, Fuel costs, Infringements, and any other charges at Trip Rental Car's discretion.
