Terms and conditions

• Cashpoints are valid for bookings made on or after 13 October 2025 and your Cashpoints card number must be entered at the time of booking.
• Your Cashpoints balance can only be spent when you book flights on the mixandmatch.co.nz website. Your Cashpoints cannot be spent on accommodation, tours and activities, or insurance only.
• Your Cashpoints can be collected on the total booking value when booking flights online using the mixandmatch.co.nz website up to a maximum 10,000 Cashpoints per booking.
• Cashpoints are not accumulated in respect of any debit cards fees, credit card fees, or any buy-now-pay later fees.
• Any cancelled Mix & Match bookings, including Cashpoints spent, will have the Cashpoints refunded to you.
• Any cancelled Mix & Match bookings, including Cashpoints collected, will have the collected points removed from your account by Cashpoints. If your Cashpoints account does not have the required balance to remove these Cashpoints, the Cashpoints value will be deducted from any booking refund value from Mix & Match.
• Your Cashpoints can’t be redeemed for cash.
• Your Cashpoints card can only be used on Mix & Match bookings to collect or spend Cashpoints up to a maximum of three times within a 24-hour period.
