Cashpoints will be processed (issued) when the vehicle hire is concluded (returned) and has been paid in full. Cashpoints only apply to Hireace branches and exclude trailer hire from Z Energy Service Stations or any other service stations. Only applies to new bookings starting from 13 October 2025.
Cashpoints will be awarded only on the following charges: Daily hire rate, Insurance purchased, Premium location fees / Airport fees, Mileage, Extra items purchased or hired, One-way intercity fees.
Cashpoints will NOT be granted for bonds or for any expenses arising from customer fault or misuse, including but not limited to: Insurance excess, Repair costs, Smoking fees, Fuel costs, Infringements, and any other charges at Hireace's discretion.
