Terms and conditions
Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to apply for finance or insurance and to collect Cashpoints from eligible offers.
Validity: Cashpoints apply to eligible products or services acquired on or after 13 April 2026. Card numbers must be provided at the time of application or upon request by our team.
Eligible Amount: Points are calculated only on the net amount paid to the consumer, dealer or merchant. All fees, commissions, and add-on insurance products included in the finance contract are excluded.
Exclusions: No points are earned on establishment, broker, booking, debit/credit card, PPSR, or Buy-Now-Pay-Later fees, nor on Dealer On-Road Costs.
Proof of Purchase: Required for specific product or asset-linked bonuses (e.g., Solar Panels).
No Cash Value: Cashpoints cannot be redeemed for cash.
Conduct: VOOMA reserves the right to withhold the issuance of Cashpoints for unacceptable conduct, including staff abuse, bullying, or disparagement.
Cancellations: The prorated points value will be deducted from any cancellation refunds due on policies cancelled within the first 12 months. Cooling-off cancellations will result in either a full points reversal or a deduction of their value from refunds due.
Usage Limits: Maximum of two Cashpoints transactions within a 24-hour period.
Ownership: Points are non-transferable; users must register their own card number for their own transactions.
